This year’s SoftAlliance sponsored Oracle Modern Business Forum in Nigeria was in many ways a success. Held at the prestigious Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos. The event saw professionals and industries come together to leverage the power of Software-as-a-service (SaaS) and how we can better position and transform our organization (be it public or private institution). From the onset, the company set out with the goal of showcasing its collection of creative solutions to this diverse community of partners and clients. This goal was more than achieved.
From the very moment delegates arrived at the venue of the Red-Themed-Hall for the business forum, our Lounge was set to receive everyone who walked in through the door. We had all our communication materials and souvenirs ready; from Brochures to Post notes. We were prepared. Sure enough, delegates made it a point to visit.
At the lounge waiting for delegates was the CEO, Mr Tunde Badejo, Director, Solutions Delivery, Dr Bisi Aina and the Director, Business Development, Mr Feyi Agagu. Visiting delegates had a wonderful time networking with these industry giants. They appreciate the reception, the warmth and of course, their genuine concern to see organisations perform efficiently and effectively.
The forum started in earnest with representatives from the Oracle team leading the conversation and exploiting SaaS capabilities offered by the company. Soon after, the Modern Business Transformation Sessions started immediately after Tea-break.
Our very own Director of Solutions Delivery, Dr Bisi Aina, had the honour of taking one of the classes. He expertly delivered a lecture on “Customer Experience at the Heart of your Innovation Strategy”. The captivated audience soaked every bit of it and immediately began asking questions as soon as the lecture was over. Together with the Director, Business Development, Mr Feyi Agagu, all questions were satisfactorily answered.
Soon after the lecture, delegates were ushered for lunch, and more networking soon followed. More delegates and partners came to the lounge for more information about our products and services.
