Sulayman is very passionate about technology and the optimal use of it. He has designed solutions for a wide range of technical ICT projects both for government and private business corporations with practical inputs in infrastructural services viz database management, network management, software management, and IT Support.

Sulayman has over 15 years of experience which includes 10 years of senior-level leadership. He joined Soft Alliance as a Junior Engineer and has moved through the ranks to be on the Management Team through robust critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal and leadership acumen. His experience spans IT infrastructure and network management, system operations, service management, and disaster recovery.

He is a proven leader adept at building and motivating diverse technical teams to achieve outstanding results and complete projects on time and within budget. His teams have consistently delivered outstanding results that have gotten awards for Soft Alliance and the team members from their client sites.

Sulayman holds a B.Tech in Applied Physics, an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Leadership as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chichester. His professional certifications include COBIT, TOGAF, PMI, and multiple certifications in Oracle EBS and Cloud Infrastructure. He has also attended several business training both within and outside Nigeria.
