Mr. Oluseun Ademokun holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology as well as Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the prestigious University of Lagos.

He is a professional associate member, certified, and licensed HR practitioner of the Chartered Institute Personnel Management (CIPM) with over 16 years of experience focused on contributing to organizations’ profitability and productivity by building a result-driven, competent and engaged workforce. He is also a PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management System) Lead Implementer.

Oluseun’s interests are in general human resources & business strategy, organizational design & development, learning and organizational effectiveness, process redesign, and entrepreneurship, total reward management as well as HR Managerial psychology, etc.

Prior to joining SoftAlliance, as a Group Head, Human Resources & Administration, he was a Head, HR/Admin Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Ltd, HR Agency Manager, A.R.M Life Insurance as well as HR Manager, Zain Nigeria (now trading as Airtel Nigeria Limited).

He believes in excellence and has demonstrated the same in the course of his HR career with industrial experiences that include; Telecommunication, Information Technology, Oil & Energy, Financial Institution (Primary Mortgage-Banking and Non-banking Financial Services-Insurance).”
