Esther SokolaYami Ezue is a super shining star and astute project management leader with over a decade of cross-functional experience spanning IT project leadership, digital marketing, and content development. She has successfully coordinated high-impact projects across both government and private sectors, including the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF), Lagos State Government (LASG), Federal Ministry of Finance, FIRS, and other strategic MDAs.
Currently serving as Head of the Project Management Office at Soft Alliance & Resources Limited, Esther made history as the first female in the organization’s 20-year existence to rise to management level and lead the PMO. In this role, she drives enterprise-wide delivery excellence and governance for mission-critical initiatives.

- The groundbreaking diversity project between OVH Oando and E-Apprentice
- The Lagos State Central Billing System under the Revenue Assurance Project

She is also a published author of Put Me in a Book for Tomoun’s Little Readers and has performed in stage productions including Ajayi Crowther, The Slave Boy and The Trials of Brother Jero.
