SoftAlliance once again reinforces its FinTech position as a leading force in Nigeria. A stand recently reinforced as the company sponsored the just concluded 2018 FinTech Nigeria Conference, held at the Landmark Village in Lagos.

The 2018 Africa FinTech Festival – beyond the hype, presents a much-needed opportunity to assess and contribute to the current advances in the inclusion of technology and the improvements to service delivery and access in the Finance sector.

This year’s installment took place at the Landmark Event Center in Victoria-Island from the 3rd to 7th December 2018 with the main conference held on the 4th – 5th December 2018 hosted eighty plus speakers, one thousand attendees and over fifty exhibitors from forty different countries across the globe.

Day 1 commenced with a Start-up Fair which showcased high-impact innovations from a good number of upcoming technology companies within Nigeria.

Day 2 was highlighted by a showcase of “Millenials and Fintech: A tool for stimulating growth and youth development”. The day’s activities were topped off by the welcome address delivered by Dr. Segun Aina OFR, conveyer of the 2018 Africa Fintech Festival.

Day 3 began with a stimulating discourse on “Collaboration between banks and Fintechs with a panel constituting Yvonne Isunuoya, Client Engagement Manager at @Eyowo, Allan Rwakatungu, @FitspaUG, Olusegun Adeniyi of @AFFoundry and our very own Tunde Alalade – GM Software Development, SoftAlliance & Resources.
