Soft Alliance to implement Human Capital Management Application at PENCOM

After competitive bidding and an evaluation process that has taken about 2
years, the Pensions Commision (PENCOM) has finally signed a contract with
SoftAlliance to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) for the
organization. Soft Alliance intends to add this to its growing list of
successful implementations and is fast becoming the largest systems
integration companies in Nigeria.

The Oracle HCM application will enable PENCOM manage its human resource
(HR) data globally on a single system record, manage its workforce, cut
cost and increase productivity with service delivery. PENCOM with this application
would be able to unlock the full value of its workforce.
The system will enable PENCOM put the right people in the right jobs,
develop and reward top performers, retain key talent for the long term,
and increase efficiency and operating performance throughout the
organization.
